Internet Makes Public Records Search Easier
If you have access to the internet, you have access to literally hundreds of thousands of public records at your disposal. You can find basically anything you want if you are willing to search for it, including free public records such as marriage certificates, unclaimed money information, property deeds and criminal records.
When we began to do public records searches we were amazed at how much information showed up. We began by searching for public records and quickly realized that we would need to narrow the search before we could even begin to weed through all of the information available on the web.
Therefore, our first tip for anyone beginning to search for public records on the internet is to be as specific as possible. This means you need to specify what type of record you want, state, city, dates or years and first, middle and last names as they pertain to your record’s search. Even being that specific, you will still be given a large number of options to choose from. For instance, when we searched for “criminal records Dallas Texas 2005 John Michael Smith” over 500,000 websites were identified. Obviously, many of these sites were not specifically geared towards public records, but you get the picture that you need to be specific.
Because public records are free, stay clear of sites that try to charge money you for a search or want to charge you for access to the records once they are found. Most of the time you could simply just hop in your car and drive to the local courthouse or vital statistics department to get the free records so there is no reason that you would need to pay for free records. It must be noted that public records are different then searches for people or people locaters and it is not unusual to expect to pay a fee for that service.
There are many sites that will help you narrow down your search, such as Locatepublicrecords com and publicrecords com. This helps you avoid some of the junk sites, sites that charge money and sites that don’t really pertain to a public records search. WE would suggest that you start at one of these sites to do a speedier search.
The next time you need a public record, want information about public deeds or are just a concerned neighbor wanting to know who is living in your area, you can turn to the internet. With a little searching, you can find the public records you need without having to leave the comfort of your house and standing in line with everyone else.

will this ever happen to the internet in the uk?
im hearing this news from alex jones today , he is reading the news from actual tabloid, newspaper reports, he says england, australia, canada then america will implement it.
he was saying it will entail isps ( internet service providers ) having large government databases of hundreds of thousands of blocked sites , the governments will order isps to block ” politically incorrect ” websites – and there’s thousands upon hundreds of websites you won’t be able to see anymore. – 2 of them being alex jones websites : prisonplanet.com and infowars.com .
he also mentioned that the government are planning new ways to regulate and tax the internet, including paying for all the services which are presently free to use, as well as many other things.
blocking off all downloads , putting people in prison that attempt it. – and many new restrictive internet plans .
im in the uk and found this quite scary , does anybody else think this is going to happen ?
here is a worrying answer from my last question:
in fact it already does sensor all the internet the usual claim is that its to combat "terrorism" to detect or prevent crime, Austraila, has recentally started to monitor and intercept certain forms of internet searches, keywords and certain sites. in the UK this is known as formats such as blocking, or comercial enterprises such as BT Cleanfeed. the real issue is that Westminster has used, the hype and media storms of "paedophiles," "terror" and "cyber crime" and other aspects such as international communications and discussions by other populations in other countries as a means to control what you actually can download, or cant.
the rest is very easy all computers have an IP adress, and a UUID detail this with the stranglehold that ISPs have on the internet is very easy for government especially the UK, to spy on what you do and when you do it, they also paid a lot of attention to Phorm which as a means also to intercept and serve up concocted sites and record what you visit.
the long line of connections, servers, and so on means that the UK, is really only one step away from the demand that anyone who wants to get on line will have to have a CRB check, and no doubt every other form of checks such as PNC, (police national computer), credit check and no doubt a paedo check, this is not fiction, this is a danger that is not far away, with the continuing hype around recent court cases and well hyped up media cases the danger for the internet to be completely controlled by, legislation, and controls the "regime" is in the UK called "demcocracy" what ever the name or the brand they all function the same way, that is contol what they dont want you to read see, hear or find out about, if you think its not happeing then think again.
if you think that "regime" is something that affects the rest of the world, belive me your in one.
please make no mistake that Westminster wants the public in nice controlled state, that the punters, who are addicted to "consumer led economy" and belittled by the way of giving councils laws which means they cant be prosicuted even if they do something illegal, or police the anti-terror laws, etc this is what is called a "creeping death attack," it means slowly and with the non-existant consent of the punters or voters, then control becomes accepted since the public will not do anything to stop the regime imposing its will.
the internet is no different to mobile phones having built in tracking devices that cannot be turned off, in the case of the internet anyone from your local council, to a doctor can all apply under RIPA to spy on what you look up your e-mails the number of sites you visit and can with such plans with the CIA attempted can install software that hides in the background and can even watch you via a web cam!
for those that think the internet is free they are wrong.

No, don’t worry, the only place the government censors the Internet is China. Well, and soon to be Australia. They are implementing a system that will restrict access to sites receiving the harshest film and video game ratings, as well as terrorist sites and what not. The program is drawing harsh criticism from both citizens and ISPs in Australia, however.
Contrary to what people in tinfoil hats might believe, no government has the ability to monitor all web traffic in and out of its country. It could barely monitor the traffic of one family. Think about how much information enters your computer. Every time you visit a website, every time you download an update, every time a program checks for updates, it would all have to be monitored and interpreted. It would be very difficult to keep track of what one Internet connect person does, much less a nation.

Is the internet a necessity for critical thinking? No way.
Will actively censoring the internet effect a new level of national security? Hell no. It’ll just drive political opinion underground, out of sight. Which, incidentally, is where all the real "danger" lurks from this sphere of human conduct in the first place.
