When you sign your phone contract, it says that the company will not release your phone records. The government is trying to get all the lawsuits over this violation of contract thrown out. The government does not keep these records, the phone companies do and are now releasing the records to the government. I enjoy my rights, I don't enjoy when my rights are violated.

Yeah, they’ve been doing this for a long time, but it seems like it’s getting bigger. It’s good that this ‘story’ has come out, maybe, just maybe (probably not) it will make people more aware of what is happening.
