Should the government have the right to access everyone’s medical records?
There are calls to computerize everyone’s health records and allow the government to track treatments to determine which courses of action are most "efficient." Should this practice be allowed? Should people be allowed to opt out? Would this violate the "right to privacy" many claim is part of the Constitution?
Would abortion be included?
No, I don’t think the government should have the right to access everyone’s medical records because no one person or entity is in a position to guarantee it’s security or prevent it’s abuse.

Yes, but what they do with them should be closely regulated.
As abortion is a medical procedure, this would be included.
