		<description>Go to the courthouse or an attorney and they can tell you what forms you need. There are some circumstance where they can never be unsealed but with a court order from a judge you can get almost any opened. You can even call a Justice of the Peace in your county/town and ask for help but if any record had been sealed and expunged that means they no longer exist.
