Under the data protection act (DPA) of 1998 you have the right to request all information held by anyone about you. However, some of the information might not be released with regard the judicial system and HMP. For example, if someone ‘grassed you up’, then the name of the person would not be released to you as it would infringe THEIR right to privacy under the European human rights act. This is covered under sections 27-39 of the DPA
You can obtain the information by writing to the CPS

You will need to make a small payment £10 I think it is.
You mention wanting to know all defence and prosecution material, but your legal conucel should have all of this as full disclosure is a requirement under PACE (police and criminal evidence ) laws.
Or is it your defence team you aretrying to nail

If you’ve had any contact with the Probation Service they will have a record on you which should contain a lot of this information. Write to the Chief Officer of the area that supervised you and ask to see your file. You have every right to do so under the FOI, and they shouldn’t charge you anything for this.
