Go to the court house where the trial took place. You should be able to get them there.

if you are in the same area, go down and get the records yourself. there will be fees associated with the copies. depending on what you need the copies for, they may need to be certified. that usually costs more. each county determines what their own fees are. if you don’t need certified copies, some records are available online (but I don’t know where you are looking for the records). if you are out of the area, some clerks will send you the information if you pay for it ahead of time, while others require for someone to come in person and you can hire someone locally to do that.
