I require to view the previous chat history of my frend, but sadly i din save the msgs in msg archives, how can I view the msg now? Pls assist me, its genuinely essential and quite urgent…

Go to messenger -> preferences -> archives, enable this feature, click okay. To save future messages, mark “yes, save all of my messages”, click “apply” and “okay”.

To read archived messages right-click the user ID, click message archive.

Any messages prior to enabling the archive feature are not stored anyplace and can not be retrieved.

About offline messages: only those of individuals on your make contact with list will be saved. Messages from people not on that list will not get saved.
