I have only been utilizing IM for about a month and currently some of my messages have been deleted even even though I have set up to save in the archives. Some of these messages were on my pc and some on my blackberry. Can somebody please help thanks!

I did get the apply action to work finally. My messages are saved for about a month prior to they are deleted.

Elizabeth, if you have Y!M Archives CHecked to “Yes, save all of my messages” and you clicked Apply and Clicked OK…your Archives should not be deleted until You have deleted them.
Merely recheck your settings, reset them,
Click APPLY and then Click OK.
(many fail to click Apply) they only click OK which is not appropriate.
